GRAMMAR TOOLS
There are, of course, thousands of ressources; here are a few I've selected for you (feel free to use others if you want!):

The Ego4U website is quite complete and allows to review the various grammar points you need to master. It includes interactive exercises which will tell you whether your answer is right or wrong - and if it is wrong, will provide you with additional explanations.

Tiny TEFL Teacher is an other excellent website, built on the same principle as Ego4U.

If you want a reference in French, the Bescherelle Anglais: la grammaire is a good choice. It is quite complete but does not include exercises (exercises are available in a separate book).

Cambridge Grammar In Use is also a very good choice: theory and exercises, all in English (but with a lot of pictures).

Last but not least, your course notes (also from the previous school years) CAN and MUST be used to review your grammar!
